What you'll do

• Design and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention plans
• conduct functional behavior and skills assessments
• collect and analyze data
• supervise and train behavior technicians
• complete RBT competency assessments and reassessments
• provide weekly consultation, observation, feedback, and training
• maintain family and caregiver relationships
• conduct parent training
• maintain HIPAA-compliant records
• evaluate behavioral health status and adjust treatment plans
• follow legal and ethical standards.
