The role supports kitchen production and customer service by preparing food for hot and cold cases, coordinating order timing, maintaining inventory, and meeting health and safety sanitation requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist the Chef or Kitchen Manager with daily activities and production schedules
• prepare sandwiches, salads, entrees, catering trays, soups, fried and baked foods
• provide counter support during busy periods
• assist with ordering and inventory
• train new kitchen workers and assistants
• maintain sanitation requirements.
