What you'll do

• Room patients and collect vitals and histories as directed
• assist providers and nursing staff during exams and procedures
• provide delegated patient education
• prepare exam, ultrasound, and procedure rooms
• set up and break down equipment using infection-control protocols
• assist with procedures as trained and authorized
• handle specimens
• perform phlebotomy when trained and authorized
• document care
• manage supplies
• support workflow and scheduling
• maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
