What you'll do

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities and pumping stations
• ensure compliance with MassDEP permits, regulations, sampling, and reporting
• monitor treatment processes and adjust operations
• supervise staff
• coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting
• maintain operational and regulatory records
• communicate with town representatives, company management, maintenance personnel, and regulators
• participate in rotating weekend and holiday inspections and on-call rotation
• respond to emergency call-outs.
