What you'll do
- Lead IT change management strategy
- coordinate IT, manufacturing operations, engineering, and business teams
- align system readiness, cutover, and transition plans
- manage risks and dependencies
- coordinate MES, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, and shop-floor system deployment and integration
- oversee data migration, validation readiness, UAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, training, SOPs, cutover, and hypercare.
