What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and requirements
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• identify risks, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities
• coordinate with project and field teams
• attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and customer meetings as needed
• prepare bid proposals and supporting documents
• maintain estimating and pricing information
• and support project turnover.
