Proactive follow-up helps address order and service issues before customers raise them and supports the account manager in securing opportunities.

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with customers and internal staff
• contact customers to support parts sales goals, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues
• create and distribute customer communications and presentation materials
• follow up on sales and marketing initiatives
• train customers on system tools, including Solution Navigator and Go Temp Pro
• fulfill occasional field requests for customer-specific sales and performance reporting, recommended stock lists, and marketing materials
• review open-order reports and proactively resolve issues
• travel occasionally, less than 5%, for training, customer or industry events, and sales visits.
