Maintenance Mechanic — Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

The Maintenance Mechanic role is onsite in Hiram, OH, and applicants are asked to live within about a 45-minute drive. Compensation is $34.10–$36.70 per hour, plus a $2.10 per hour night premium on 12-hour night shifts. The role supports production lines at a modern food manufacturing plant. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot production equipment and mechanical and electrical problems
• repair and maintain machinery and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• read schematics
• diagnose PLC-controlled equipment and read ladder logic
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain records
• identify recurring problems
• request parts and supplies
• follow plant safety and food manufacturing quality practices.
