What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor a Maintenance Technician
• monitor HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and ventilation systems
• troubleshoot complex issues and perform minor repairs
• manage work orders and resident communication
• conduct property walkthroughs
• develop preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records
• oversee contractors and vendors
• manage budget, procurement, and inventory
• coordinate inspections and testing
• respond to urgent building-system issues
• lead safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance.
