The Lead Painter / Drywall Finisher — First Shift role is onsite in Hanover, NH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $25–$32 per hour, dependent on experience. The position is part of Kendal at Hanover’s Facilities team at its continuing care retirement community. The role leads painting projects and maintains interior and exterior surfaces across the campus, including resident apartments, healthcare areas, offices, and community spaces. It contributes to safe, timely, high-quality upkeep while coordinating work with internal staff and contractors.

What you'll do

• Lead painting projects and coordinate with staff and contractors
• prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, taping, priming, and sealing
• apply paint, stains, and coatings
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• document work in computer systems and communicate updates
• ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion
• provide customer service to residents and team members.
