Bilingual Behavior Technician, Spanish Preferred

The part-time Bilingual Behavior Technician role is onsite in Fresno, CA, with work targeting Fresno, Clovis, Selma, and Sanger. The role exists to provide one-to-one support and implement individualized applied behavior analysis treatment plans under BCBA supervision. It contributes to clients’ learning and quality of life by delivering consistent therapy, tracking progress, and collaborating with supervisors and families.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support to children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities
• implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours weekly
• collect and record progress data
• use structured activities
• collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues
• follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
