The Patient Experience & Front Office Team Lead — Physical Therapy Clinic role is onsite in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Pay is $24–$30 per hour. Focus Physical Therapy provides outpatient physical therapy focused on helping patients recover, move better, and live fuller lives. The role leads front-office operations and supports a consistent patient experience from the first call through each visit. It coordinates scheduling staff, follows up with prospective patients, and helps improve clinic workflows and business performance.

What you'll do

• Manage the daily schedule and work to keep it full and efficient
• help new patients schedule appointments
• follow up with prospective patients
• explain care options, including services that may not be covered by insurance
• coordinate front-office support staff and virtual scheduling assistants
• track daily metrics
• address missed calls, cancellations, and scheduling opportunities.

Why this role

Medical office experience is not required. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; the exact schedule is discussed during the interview.
