The Chiller Technician / Senior HVAC Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Provo, UT. Pay is based on experience and qualifications, up to $45 per hour. The technician joins the service team supporting commercial and industrial HVAC systems and building automation. The role diagnoses and repairs equipment, commissions chillers and controls, and performs preventive maintenance. By troubleshooting and optimizing systems while communicating findings to customers, the technician supports reliable and efficient building operations.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• commission and start up chiller and controls systems
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and related equipment
• interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• document service work and recommendations
• communicate system conditions and next steps to customers
• follow safety requirements and EPA standards
• mentor apprentices and junior technicians when applicable.

Why this role

Requires EPA 608 Universal Certification, five or more years of commercial HVAC experience, and a valid driver’s license. BAS/DDC controls experience is a plus.
