What you'll do

• Lead implementation, operation, and support of infrastructure services, including server, network, and telephony devices and related applications. Provide leadership for second-tier technology support. Recommend enhancements to systems support services and analyze system performance to correct deficiencies. Develop working relationships with departments and vendors
• participate in process improvements
• review workload and staffing needs
• direct staff during testing, monitoring, and installation of new systems and major releases
• conduct counseling and performance evaluations
• and provide weekly project status updates.
