Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports a well-established and growing manufacturing and distribution organization’s daily financial operations. The accountant supports multiple accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records and reliable reporting. The work spans reconciliations, inventory accounting, receivables and payables, cash management, sales tax, and close activities, while also contributing to process improvements.

What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• support inventory accounting and variance analysis
• manage accounts receivable and assist with collections
• process customer payments, credits, rebates, and adjustments
• record and reconcile cash transactions
• assist with accounts payable
• maintain customer and vendor records in the ERP system
• support sales tax administration
• participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• prepare audit documentation
• identify process improvements.
