The Restaurant Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Arvada, CO, with compensation of $46,000–$56,000 per year. Working alongside the General Manager, the assistant manager leads restaurant operations, develops team members, and supports consistent food quality and guest service. The role combines hands-on shift leadership with staffing, scheduling, inventory, labor, and food-safety responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Lead the team alongside the General Manager
• recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
• coach and recognize staff
• follow operational, inventory, and food-safety procedures
• assist with scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local marketing
• work 45 hours weekly on a variable schedule including opening, mid, closing, weekends, and/or holidays
• occasional driving to support restaurant needs.
