What you'll do

• Manage, support, and optimize specialized applications such as timekeeping, scheduling, learning management, and credentialing systems.
• Act as an adaptable subject matter expert.
• Streamline workflows and evaluate vendor solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents.
• Perform a major role in complex software upgrade initiatives.
• Lead small- to medium-complexity new software installations.
• Act as a technology subject matter expert.
• Continually identify opportunities for functional and stability improvement.
• Mentor Application Analyst I and II team members.
• Model and champion the effective, appropriate use of AI-enabled tools.
