The role supports production quality and output by setting up jobs, monitoring equipment and assembly, reporting issues, and coordinating corrective action with machine support.

What you'll do

• Operate electromechanical equipment for circuit-board assembly
• set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture drawings
• communicate technical and error data and machine malfunctions
• perform light maintenance and cleanup
• report part shortages
• monitor assembly and request corrective action to meet defect goals
• and demonstrate lead-operator abilities.
