Senior Project Accountant

What you'll do

• Monitor project performance, job costs, and profitability
• prepare cost-to-complete, revenue, cash-flow, and end-of-job forecasts
• support monthly close and project reviews
• manage owner billing, AIA and progress billings, collections, and accounts receivable
• monitor budgets, committed costs, change orders, subcontractor billings, payments, and retainage
• maintain dashboards and reporting packages
• support audits
• and guide project accountants and administrators.
