HBM PHY System Architect

Compensation is $164,000–$246,000 per year. The HBM PHY System Architect is an onsite role based in San Diego, CA. This role exists to design high-speed, high-performance, and low-power HBM PHYs. The architect will assist with system definition, architecture, and the end-to-end design cycle from early ideas to final chip production and validation.

What you'll do

• Own the HBM PHY architecture and system definition, driving end-to-end solutions.
• Manage system timing budgets across on-die and off-chip interfaces.
• Lead cross-functional architectural trade-offs and execution.
• Deliver HBM PHY solutions through technical leadership and alignment with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with SoC, memory, package, and validation teams.
