What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for the reading program
• support teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing literacy instruction
• assist with peer observations
• develop reading programs, curriculum, and pacing guides
• collect and analyze reading data
• collaborate on Student Reading Plans and school improvement plans
• provide student instructional support
• assist with remedial and summer school planning
• manage assigned budgets
• and update the principal on reading programs and instruction.
