What you'll do

• Act as the Blue Yonder TMS subject-matter expert for order management, planning and optimization, tendering, execution, and freight audit and pay
• translate requirements into configuration
• lead functional testing
• maintain design documents and process flows
• build and maintain EDI transaction sets
• onboard trading partners
• troubleshoot transaction and mapping failures
• support SIT, UAT, and DITL testing
• manage defect triage and root-cause analysis
• provide L2/L3 support and monitor transaction queues and error logs.
