Medication Technician

The Medication Technician role is onsite in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Compensation is not specified. The position supports residents and care partners in a senior living community. What you'll do

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as permitted by state law
• guide and support medication technicians on the shift
• lead care partners as a role model
• participate in interviewing new care partners and medication technicians as needed
• orient and train or retrain team members
• coach team members with the Administrator
• collaborate with the RCC and Administrator on scheduling
• supervise medication storage, distribution, and discontinuation
• maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
