Quality Control Field Technician — Concrete

What you'll do

• Perform ACI and ASTM concrete and raw-material testing
• import test data into spreadsheets or software
• evaluate quality and production standards and recommend changes
• educate plant personnel and ready-mix drivers on product quality and Verifi use
• investigate product anomalies
• conduct audits and improve material handling, batching, and driver practices
• visit jobsites and attend pre-pour meetings
• review Verifi data
• assist with value-added products, temperature control, and laboratory testing
• complete reports and other paperwork.
