What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare ingredients, monitor storage temperatures, and maintain a sanitized kitchen.
• Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipe and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, and set up and break down workstations.
• Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and keep clean dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware available.
