What you'll do

• Gather and document EHR business requirements with stakeholders
• support EHR and practice management systems
• manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data accuracy and security
• coordinate technical issue resolution
• support end users and training
• analyze clinical workflows
• generate reports
• create detailed JIRA tickets
• use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and documentation
• support system security and reliability.
