What you'll do

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• work with clients to define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risks
• conduct proposal and bid evaluations and recommend resources
• maintain project documentation and data integrity
• direct delivery teams
• track progress and report status and variances
• develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• coach others and build consensus.
