What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with daily menu items, specials, and events
• supervise and train kitchen staff
• maintain quality and consistency across menu items, especially steaks and proteins
• manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• uphold health and safety standards
• cover for the Executive Chef during absences.
