Retail Department Coordinator

Job overview

The Retail Department Coordinator role is an onsite position based in Salem, OR. The pay range is $17.55 - $18.05 per hour, supporting the retail operations of Sierra, a member of the TJX Companies family. This role exists as an elevated extension of the coordinator role, where the individual acts as a Key Carrier. The Key Carrier takes on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store, including opening/closing procedures and acting as the Manager on Duty.

• Address customer service issues
• Maintain accurate associate coverage
• Ensure operational procedures are followed
• Provide coaching and feedback.
