What you'll do

• Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems
• perform CCTV monitoring and live tracking
• conduct archival video review
• respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
• coordinate dispatch operations
• maintain incident logs
• utilize AVERT workflows
• perform first-level troubleshooting
• provide situational awareness updates
• assist with post-incident reporting.
