Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead role is onsite in North Tonawanda, NY. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. Thruway Fasteners distributes industrial products to original equipment manufacturers and operates branches across several states. The lead performs warehouse receiving, picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and cycle counting while ensuring customer orders are accurate and safely handled. The role also supports warehouse operations and can cover for the Warehouse Manager when needed.

What you'll do

• Operate and inspect forklifts
• receive and verify deliveries and enter products into the internal system
• pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders
• coordinate shipping and in-house delivery schedules
• check order quality and specifications
• maintain 5S work areas
• conduct physical inventories
• perform other plant operational activities as needed
• safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
