The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Direct Care and Assessments role is hybrid, with in-home and community services in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $70–$95 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, supporting communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills. The BCBA provides behavioral analysis services and develops and monitors instructional programs. Through direct services and staff training, the role supports children’s progress and helps treatment teams implement effective programs.

What you'll do

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings
• create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
• train paraprofessionals to implement instructional programs and behavior plans
• work under direct supervision of the Executive Director and Clinical Director.
