What you'll do

• Greet patients courteously
• assist patients at the kiosk and gather registration information
• prepare office encounters by checking referral information, allowed diagnoses, and eligibility and benefits as indicated
• collect copayments and balances at registration
• account for new and in-progress visits daily
• enter and post charges, receipts, and adjustments
• prepare deposit slips and batch header forms
• maintain the cash box.
