What you'll do

• Run and improve day-to-day operations
• build AI-powered workflows and automations using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion, Airtable, and Zapier
• create presentations, documents, dashboards, and operational systems
• coordinate projects and follow-through
• support leadership with operational work
• identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, events, office operations, and strategic initiatives.
