What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner according to the menu and resort standards
• cook food to proper temperatures and present it well
• assist with prep, portioning, and plating
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• follow food safety regulations
• monitor inventory and report supply needs
• store and label food
• assist with dishwashing and cleanup
• and accommodate basic dietary needs and guest requests when possible.
