What you'll do

• Manage HR operations across corporate offices and residential communities
• advise managers on employee relations, performance, discipline, and investigations
• coordinate recruitment and onboarding
• improve HR policies and documentation
• support performance reviews
• maintain personnel records and coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, and employment documentation
• track workforce trends and support retention, engagement, and compliance. Occasional travel to residential communities may be required.
