What you'll do

• Monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules
• respond to water-related emergencies
• check pool chemicals and make basic adjustments according to safety standards and health codes
• maintain pool deck and equipment cleanliness and safety
• set up and store aquatic equipment
• attend required training and staff meetings
• promote an inclusive environment and support YMCA programs.

Why this role
