What you'll do

• Advise stakeholders on legal, compliance, and risk matters
• support audits and corrective actions
• provide legal services to functional teams, including label review, contract drafting and review, legal research, leasing, and intellectual property
• advise on FDA, FTC, and related regulations for dietary supplements, natural foods, and personal care products
• manage commercial agreements and assist with disputes and litigation
• support corporate governance and insurance administration.
