What you'll do

• Support daily task delegation, staff management, and communication
• maintain member engagement and team performance
• train team members on operations and sales
• support membership enrollment and sales metrics
• drive sales of class packages, private training, equipment, and retail
• guide team members toward goals
• help resolve member concerns.
