The role diagnoses equipment problems, performs corrective and preventive maintenance, documents work, and collaborates with engineering, operations, logistics, quality, and environmental health and safety teams to reduce downtime and support production goals.

What you'll do

• Perform basic and preventive maintenance, repair or replace failed components, and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• operate and adjust machinery
• interpret schematics and diagrams
• document work orders and parts
• support equipment installations, line moves, continuous improvement, and new-equipment planning
• monitor equipment safety, quality, and productivity
• mentor operations personnel in maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
