What you'll do

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, personalized customer experience

• communicate with premium-level customers by phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics, requests, and meeting locations
• greet customers, open vehicle doors, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
