The Tool & Die Setup role is onsite in Coldwater, MI, on the 3rd shift. Compensation is $20.50–$25.50 per hour, plus a 10% third-shift differential. The role supports Elmet Technologies’ Extrusion team and Hot Process department at its manufacturing facility. The team member maintains extrusion tooling and equipment so they are safe, functional, and ready for production. The work combines tooling repair and upkeep, changeover support, inventory control, production documentation, and utility-operator duties as needed.

What you'll do

• Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain extrusion tooling
• keep tooling inventoried and production-ready
• maintain liner inventory and coordinate vendor cleaning and delivery
• assist with tooling and equipment changeovers
• perform assigned press and equipment maintenance
• troubleshoot issues
• use CNC and machining skills
• perform Total Productive Reliability activities
• maintain 5S standards
• operate forklifts, cranes, hand carts, and industrial tools
• maintain inventory systems and production logs
• support Hot Process as a utility operator when needed.
