The Senior Manager, Supplier Development role is onsite in Fairborn, OH. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 per year. The manager leads supplier development and performance improvement across domestic and international suppliers. The role works across supply chain, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and program management to reduce supplier risk, improve performance, and protect program schedules and customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead supplier development across domestic and international suppliers
• develop performance improvement strategies and metrics
• identify supplier risks and mitigation plans
• lead recovery plans, corrective actions, and capacity improvements
• conduct or support supplier assessments, capability reviews, audits, and site visits
• collaborate on supplier selection and sourcing
• resolve technical, quality, and production issues
• report supplier performance to senior leadership
• support product introductions and program launches
• build strategic supplier relationships
• promote continuous improvement
• mentor supplier development and quality personnel.
