Solution Engineer, Observability and AI

What you'll do

• Manage technical touchpoints for strategic customers, including onboarding, enablement, architecture workshops, and complex issue resolution
• analyze customer data pipelines and infrastructure to improve observability value and return on investment
• build technical relationships with DevOps, SRE, and engineering leaders
• partner with Sales on proofs of concept, use-case validation, demonstrations, and technical blockers
• identify and validate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• manage enterprise deployments and telemetry routing
• monitor adoption and troubleshoot implementation barriers
• gather technical feedback for product and research teams.
