Lead Cook

The Lead Cook role is onsite in Highland Park, IL, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour. The role contributes to kitchen readiness and customer service while following recipes and HACCP guidelines.

What you'll do

• Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service
• follow preparation lists and recipes
• assist with bulk preparation, catering preparation, receiving products, and cleaning as needed
• support cold prep, salad, and grab-and-go production
• serve food on the hot line
• receive and put away kitchen deliveries
• assist customers and maintain the service line
• follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines.
