What you'll do

• Lead and mentor crate shop staff
• estimate crating projects and plan schedules, resources, and designs
• coordinate workflow and national production support
• ensure safe shop practices and proper handling of art objects
• train and evaluate staff
• order materials and manage budgets and space
• maintain and repair machinery
• coordinate with other departments and UOVO locations
• provide on-site support and site visits when appropriate
• conduct performance reviews and recruit for open positions.
