What you'll do

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
• open work orders and maintain them through closure and invoicing
• update customer profiles using equipment and work-order information
• provide guidance and prepare repair quotes
• sell service labor and parts
• work with the Service Manager on process improvements
• monitor service processes and customer satisfaction
• review work orders for completeness and accuracy before billing
• maintain a neat work area and follow safety rules
• maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
