What you'll do

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport tenants while following security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and assigned areas
• monitor access points and restricted areas
• report unusual activity and policy violations
• respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with airport operations, law enforcement, and emergency personnel when requested
• document patrols, incidents, and observations.
