What you'll do

• Assist Veterans with scheduling VA and VA-authorized transportation and provide service-area information
• maintain daily transportation schedules
• coordinate dispatch operations, driver schedules, and route assignments
• maintain logs, records, files, and required transportation documentation
• prepare transportation reports, including grant-required or HRTG-related reporting as assigned
• maintain confidentiality and follow organizational procedures, safety policies, and compliance requirements.
