What you'll do

• Conduct outreach and family assessments
• recruit and enroll eligible children and maintain a waitlist
• provide crisis and emergency resources
• connect families with community agencies
• support family partnership plans
• coordinate health and nutrition screenings and referrals
• monitor attendance and follow up with families
• maintain child and family records and ERSEA files
• participate in meetings and transition planning
• submit monitoring reports
• assist with home visits when needed.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree or a Family Development Credential and high school diploma, plus one year of relevant experience. A California driver’s license and transportation are required; bilingual ability is preferred.
